Frequently asked questions
Have concerns about who to trust with your money?
We never ask for full payment upfront. Instead, we only request a deposit to cover the cost of materials, with the balance due upon completion.
For larger projects, such as a new roof, the same policy applies. Once the scaffolding is in place, we will ask for the deposit. This allows us to pay our scaffolders and order the necessary materials, with the final payment due upon completion.
For projects expected to take more than 4 weeks, we follow the same approach but introduce part payments. This way, we can avoid delays in receiving payment, while ensuring you’re only paying for the progress you’ve seen in real time.
